Oranges filled with Orange Sorbet
Cut the oranges in half. Scoop out the flesh with a paring knife. Put the orange pulp into a food blender and mix until liquefied. Pour juice into a sieve to remove any residue.Add juice back into clean blender with brown sugar, ice and a cup of cold water. Mix to achieve compact dough, totally homogeneous like sorbet. If it is too liquid, add more ice. Fill each half of orange with the sorbet and freeze for 2 hours. Enjoy your sorbet!
